The Girl With The Louding Voice is definitely one of my top books of 2020 and if you haven’t read it already, you need to!

Q&A with Fair Play Author Eve Rodsky…

Eve Rodsky

Raise your hand if you are feeling overwhelmed by the mental load we are carrying right now, particularly as women? 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏾‍♀️🙋🏼‍♀️⁣

Did you know that unpaid labor and caregiving is one of the biggest (and also mostly invisible) barriers to women in the workforce? While it may have taken a pandemic to highlight this, this isn’t a new issue and it is one that needs to be addressed.⁣ This article by Jessica Grose is spot on and dives into how this pandemic is forcing moms out of work at great financial, societal, and marital costs.⁣
